Can I book or cancel by telephone?
All bookings for Champagne Nail Bar & Spa are taken online, making it super easy to check your appointment time once booked, and cancel and reschedule as you need.
That keeps our telephone line free for emergencies, and me free to look after our lovely guests! We do not take bookings or cancellation by phone but we have made it super easy to do both online. Refer to your email confirmation we sent to you. This will take you to your appointment and you can make changes from there.
Can I pay by cash / VISA / Mastercard / Amex / Apple Pay
Champagne Nail Bar & Spa only accepts payment by direct credit, debit or credit card. We are just modern like that! We accept Visa and Mastercard,
or you can pay with the following facilities in store only.
Afterpay, Laybuy, Humm and Zip.
Afterpay/Laybuy. We can accept full payment for your service in advance with Afterpay & Laybuy over the phone. If you call through to book, once booking is made, you can give your Afterpay code manually over the phone. Let us know when you first call in that it will be an Afterpay payment.,
To pay by Humm or Zip, has to be instore. To secure your booking, we will require a 20% depost by debit or credit card over the phone.
No cash is kept on site so preferably no cash please.
Do you allow walk-ins?
Due to limited availability we recommend that all clients book in advance. That said, if you are walking by the salon you are welcome to pop in and check our latest availability and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I am running late, can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask that you aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time for check-in. If you are running late, please let us know. We run a very tight ship and in order to ensure we can provide a high quality service to all clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time may result in the appointment being cancelled or a shortened service. However a charge equal to the cost of your treatment(s) originally booked will be applied. If rescheduled to another day, no fee will be charged as long as service was paid for in advance.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Rescheduling your appointment more than 2 hours in advance:
Life happens so we have made it super easy to reschedule – please feel free to do so! Simply refer to your email booking confirmation and make your change to your booking from there. Or head to our website, login to your account and make the change there.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment start time are completely free. Any funds paid in advance will be refunded.
Cancelling within 24-hours and or no shows - you forget to show up.
We run a tight ship so cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will result in a charge equal to the cost of the treatments you have booked in for. There will be no refund.
